We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), our logistics/customs partners (order delivery and import documentation), and vendors (shipping name/address only). We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your Rights (California Residents & CPRA)

• Right to Know — request a copy of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold.
• Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to Opt Out — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising; no opt-out is required.
• Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.

4. Data Retention

Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes. Account/profile data is retained until you request deletion.
