Terms & Conditions (United States)

Market: US Β· Last updated: 19 July 2026

Terms & Conditions β€” United States

These terms apply to purchases made through OneAppPlus in the United States, operated by ONEAPPPLUS INC. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Marketplace Model

OneAppPlus is a marketplace connecting independent, verified vendors β€” many based in India and sourcing GI-certified handloom and handicraft goods β€” with customers in the US. ONEAPPPLUS INC processes payment and handles US-side customer support and import compliance for cross-border orders.

2. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

3. Pricing & Sales Tax

Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax is collected where required by applicable state law and is itemised at checkout. For products purchased under a vendor's cross-border export price, you are charged in USD via our US payment processor β€” never in a foreign currency.

4. Import & Customs

For orders shipped internationally from an Indian or other overseas vendor, ONEAPPPLUS INC coordinates with the platform's Exporter-of-Record arrangement to provide full customs documentation (HS codes, country of origin, commercial invoice) with your shipment.

5. GI Certification & Authenticity

Products marked "GI Certified" carry independently verifiable Geographical Indication provenance (hologram, barcode, QR code) tied to the declared region of origin.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual (non-class) basis, except where prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

ONEAPPPLUS INC's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Amendments

We may revise these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance.
