Shipping Policy — United States

OneAppPlus ships to the United States via UPS, FedEx, and international air/courier partners for cross-border orders from overseas vendors.

Customs & Import Duties

For cross-border shipments, OneAppPlus (as platform Exporter of Record for India-origin exports) provides full commercial invoice and HS-code documentation with the shipment. Any US import duty is calculated and, where the vendor's shipment terms are DDP, collected at checkout; otherwise it is payable on delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is compulsory on every cross-border shipment (any value) and becomes compulsory on domestic shipments above $3,000; below that threshold it remains an optional add-on at checkout.

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships, and is always available via My Orders → View Shipment.
