Referral Policy — Australia

Recommend OneAppPlus to friends and family in Australia and earn rewards together. Our Referral Programme lets you share authentic GI Certified Indian products with people you know and both benefit.

How it works: Share your link → your friend signs up and completes their first order → you earn OneAppPlus credit → your friend gets a discount on their first order. Reward amounts are announced at programme launch.

1. Eligibility

You must have a registered OneAppPlus Australian customer account in good standing.
Referral credits apply only to Australian market (au-en) orders paid in AUD via PayPal.
Suspended or flagged accounts are not eligible.

2. How to Refer

Log in → My Account → Refer & Earn → copy and share your unique referral link via email, social media, or messaging apps.

3. Referral Rewards

4. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Maximum 50 credited referrals per account per calendar month.
Self-referral is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and credit forfeiture.
Automated or paid distribution of referral links violates this policy and may breach the Australian Consumer Law (misleading and deceptive conduct provisions).
Credits cannot be combined with other discount codes unless a promotion explicitly permits it.

5. Credit Redemption

Credits appear in My Account → My Credits and are automatically applied at checkout.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are forfeited on account closure.
Credits are not subject to GST as they represent a discount, not a taxable supply.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Referral Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This programme is subject to fair trading laws and must not be operated in a misleading or deceptive manner.

7. Programme Changes

OneAppPlus may modify or end this programme with 7 days' notice. Legitimately earned credits before the notice date remain valid for their original validity period.

8. Governing Law

This Referral Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
