Shipping Policy — Australia

OneAppPlus ships to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post and courier partners, plus international air freight for cross-border orders from overseas vendors.

GST & Import Duty

GST is charged at checkout for all orders in line with Australian rules for low-value imported goods (under AUD 1,000). Duty for higher-value shipments, where applicable, is payable on import.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is compulsory on every cross-border shipment (any value) and becomes compulsory on domestic shipments above AUD 45; below that threshold it remains an optional add-on at checkout.

A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched, and is always available via My Orders → View Shipment.
