Terms & Conditions — Australia

These terms apply to purchases made through OneAppPlus in Australia, operated by ONEAPPPLUS PTY LTD (ABN to be confirmed at checkout/invoice). By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Marketplace Model

OneAppPlus is a marketplace connecting verified vendors, including GI-certified Indian handloom and handicraft sellers, with Australian customers. ONEAPPPLUS PTY LTD processes payment and provides Australian customer support and import compliance for cross-border orders.

2. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

3. GST

All prices shown to Australian customers include 10% Australian GST. A tax invoice is provided with every order.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. GI Certification & Authenticity

Products marked "GI Certified" carry independently verifiable Geographical Indication provenance (hologram, barcode, QR code).

6. Import & Customs

For cross-border orders from overseas vendors, full customs documentation is provided with the shipment, and GST/duty treatment is calculated in line with Australian Border Force requirements for low-value imported goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ONEAPPPLUS PTY LTD's liability for any breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited to resupply of the goods/services or the cost of resupply.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
