Referral Policy — India
Refer your friends and family to OneAppPlus and both of you benefit. Our Referral Programme is designed to reward loyal customers for spreading the word about authentic GI Certified Indian products.
1. Eligibility
- You must have a registered, KYC-verified OneAppPlus customer account (Indian market) in good standing.
- Suspended, flagged, or duplicate accounts are not eligible.
- Referral credits apply only to domestic India orders (in-en storefront) placed and paid in INR.
2. How to Refer
2.1 Log in to your account → go to My Account → Refer & Earn → copy your unique referral link or share directly via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media.
2.2 Each referral link is unique to your account and tracks sign-ups and qualifying orders attributed to you.
3. Referral Rewards

4. Fair Use Limits
- Maximum 50 successful referrals credited per account per calendar month.
- Referral credits cannot be combined with other active discount codes on the same order unless explicitly stated in a promotion.
- Self-referral (referring yourself using a different email or phone number) is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all credits.
- OneAppPlus reserves the right to detect and disqualify bulk, automated, or fraudulent referrals generated through scripts, bots, or paid distribution.
5. Credit Redemption
- Referral credits appear in My Account → My Credits and are applied automatically at checkout.
- Credits can be used across multiple orders until exhausted or expired.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be encashed, transferred, or redeemed for money.
- Credits are non-transferable and are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated.
6. Disqualification
A referral will be disqualified (and credits reversed) if: the referred order is cancelled, returned, or found to be fraudulent; the referee's account is flagged for abuse; or the referral was made in violation of Section 4 above.
7. Programme Changes
OneAppPlus may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme at any time with 7 days' notice via the Platform or email. Changes do not affect credits already legitimately earned and credited before the notice date.
8. Governing Law
This Referral Policy is governed by Indian law. Any dispute arising from this programme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
