Cash on Delivery

COD is available on select pin codes. A COD handling charge of ₹50 per order applies.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance becomes compulsory once shipment value crosses ₹2,500 (estimated premium ~1% of shipment value, shown at checkout); below that threshold it remains an optional add-on.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched. Track any time via My Orders → View Shipment.

GI Product Packaging

GI-certified handloom and textile products are packed with tamper-evident authenticity seals (hologram, barcode, QR) — please verify these are intact before accepting delivery.
