Terms & Conditions — India

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OneAppPlus marketplace in India, operated by ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Vendors & Marketplace Model

OneAppPlus is a marketplace connecting independent, KYC-verified vendors with customers. Products are sold by the listed vendor; ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD facilitates the transaction, payment processing, and customer support, and is the Exporter of Record for any cross-border shipment originating from India.

3. Orders, Pricing & GST

All prices displayed to Indian customers are in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST (CGST + SGST for intra-state orders, IGST for inter-state orders), shown at checkout and on your tax invoice. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, with a full refund.

4. GI Certification & Authenticity

Products marked "GI Certified" carry a valid Geographical Indication tag verified against the product's declared region of origin. Authenticity marks (hologram, barcode, QR code) are printed on the product listing and the invoice for independent verification.

5. Payments

Domestic India orders are processed via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI). Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including GI certification marks, product images, vendor storefronts, and brand assets — is the property of the respective owners. Unauthorised reproduction or resale of listing content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ONEAPPPLUS PVT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date on this page reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
